The City of Frankfort has established the Shop Local Frankfort Gift Card program to incentive shopping at our local businesses. This is a free program for merchants!
How does it work?
- Participating merchants sign up to accept the Shop Local Frankfort Gift Card
- Gift cards are purchased by individuals on the Shop Local Frankfort Gift Card program website for any amount
- Gift cards are redeemed at participating businesses (as long as you accept Mastercard)
How do I participate?
- Read the information in the attached Merchant Info Packet
- Download and read the Merchant Agreement
- Apply to participate on the Shop Local Frankfort website
- Receive an email with your activation card, run the card on your POS system
- Welcome new customers!
Once you are an accepted business, we'll send you information you can use to advertise the Shop Local Frankfort Program on your website and social media.
